Cellectricon will demonstrate Dynaflow™, a microfluidic chip-based platform for ion channel analysis. Dynaflow™ offers dramatic productivity increase with major savings in both time and cost. Users screening compounds acting on ligand- and voltage-gated ion channels receives dose response curves in a matter of hours instead of weeks. Dynaflow™ allows for conversion from single data points analysis to full dose response curves. Data from characterization of agonists, antagonists and blockers acting voltage- and ligand-gated ion channels will be presented.
